The EU plans to impose personal sanctions on the DPRK defense minister. Brussels confirms the use of North Korean ballistic missiles in Ukraine

The draft EU sanctions list includes Minister of the DPRK People’s Armed Forces Kang Sun-nam and the General Missile Bureau.

According to the EU authorities, Kang supervises and the General Missile Bureau carries out “an illegal program of development and production of ballistic missiles”, which were used by the Russian side in Ukraine.
