Subway faces sanctions from Ukraine

The Ukrainian government has imposed sanctions on the US fast-food giant Subway, accusing it of being an «international sponsor of war.» The move comes after it was revealed that Subway has 550 restaurants in Russia.

Zelensky seeks Baltic support amid security threats

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy began an unexpected tour of the Baltic states today, seeking solidarity from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. He is scheduled to meet with senior leaders from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in the next few days to discuss urgent security matters, the Ukrainian war, and Ukraine’s integration into NATO and the EU. 

ISW: Supplies of Western air defense equipment to Ukraine are critical

Russia continues to test Ukraine's air defense system in an attempt to find vulnerabilities in it, analysts at the US-based Institute for the Study of War note in a new brief. Meanwhile, Ukraine is building its own industrial base to provide its air defense - but is not yet ready to "stand on its own feet", said U.S. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
