White House Releases Memo On Donald Trump’s Physical Exam
After a polio diagnosis that caused paralysis of his lower body, Franklin Delano Roosevelt used a wheelchair to get around, but went to great lengths to conceal it from the public.
Earlier this week, Trump visited Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for his yearly checkup, which, according to the results, included consultation with 22 specialty providers from "multiple academic institutions."
He went to Walter Reed twice last year — in April and October — and had two dental appointments in Florida this year: one in January and one in May.
The president weighed in at 238 pounds (108 kilograms), up 14 pounds (6 kg) from a medical exam in April 2025.
