Virginia State University shooting: Multiple people shot, campus on lockdown

When police arrived at the scene outside a university residence hall around 1:30 a.m. local time (0530 GMT), they found five people suffering from gunshot wounds.

Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered five people with gunshot injuries.

Five individuals, who were all found with gunshot wounds, were taken to local hospitals.

One individual is in critical condition, and the other four obtained non-life threatening injuries.
