According to Kusti Salm, Permanent Secretary of the Estonian Defense Ministry, this challenging period will continue until Western assistance enables Ukraine to achieve a balance in the war.
He hopes that in the coming months, Europe will allocate funds to purchase long-range weapons for Ukraine.
