“We believe that the time has come for a ceasefire in Ukraine. A ceasefire does not mean recognizing the occupation. Both sides seem to have reached the limit of what they can achieve through war,” Minister Hakan Fidan said.
According to the minister, Turkey believes that it is time to separate the issue of recognition of occupation and sovereignty from the issue of ceasefire.
