Three killed, five wounded in school shooting in central Philippines, one arrested

One was arrested soon after the shooting at the San Jose National High School in Tacloban city while the second later surrendered.

With lessons in full swing, gunshots rang out, sending students and teachers into a state of panic.

Police identified two suspects, both minors.

The suspects, aged 14 and 15, were armed with one pistol each.
