Ryanair passenger sucked out of plane after engine part shattered cabin window

The flight in Greece last month climbed to about 16,000 feet, less than 10 minutes after takeoff, when the aircraft’s engine began vibrating.

Serbian national Ljubisa Karović's head and right shoulder were sucked out of the plane's window, leaving him "seriously injured and in shock".

The incident caused a man’s head to be sucked into the hole in the fuselage before his fellow passengers pulled him to safety.

The July 10 incident happened after the flight departed the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki.
