Nepalese police have detained 10 people suspected of recruiting local citizens for the Russian army. According to investigators, they took large sums of money from unemployed young men to issue tourist visas and send them to Russia.
Once they reached Russia, the young Nepalese became mercenaries.
Yesterday, the Nepalese authorities asked Russia to let the Nepalese mercenaries go home and return the bodies of the dead Nepalese.
