Civilians and governments should prepare for a full-scale war with Russia in the next 20 years, NATO’s top military official Lt. Adm. Rob Bauer has warned, the Telegraph reports.
He praised Swedish authorities for warning citizens to prepare for war:
“That’s where you have to start. With the realization that not everything can be planned and not everything will be fine for the next 20 years,” the admiral stressed.
