At a federal court in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett handed down the sentence to 56-year-old Erik Fleming for his role in the death of the Friends star.
The judge ordered Fleming, who had been free on bond for approximately two years, to surrender himself within 45 days to begin his sentence.
Five people have pleaded guilty for various roles in supplying the actor with ketamine, the drug that killed him at age 54 in 2023.
