Lindsay Clancy trial: Lawyer Kevin Reddington gives big update on client’s mental state amid jury deliberation

A jury in Plymouth County Superior Court is now deliberating whether Lindsay Clancy will be held criminally responsible for killing her three young children in January 2023.

Jurors in the closely watched Lindsay Clancy trial began deliberating this week — but had not reached a verdict by the end of the day Friday.

She was put on 13 medications over four months as providers sought to treat her ongoing symptoms and adverse reactions to the medications.

The position has found an overwhelming degree of public support — largely among women who have identified with Clancy despite the severity of her illness and the barbarous nature of her response.
