A US federal court on Thursday, August 13, threw out a Trump administration lawsuit against Harvard University, which accused the prestigious institution of permitting antisemitism during pro-Palestinian rallies on campus.
U.S. District Judge Richard Stearns ruled the alleged incidents didn’t amount to an ongoing violation of Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
