England vs Mexico kick-off time could be moved as FIFA 'seriously consider' change
Pubs can stay open until 5am for England’s World Cup match against Mexico
After Ecuador pulled off the 2-1 upset, President Daniel Noboa declared a national holiday.
The round of 16 World Cup match between England and Mexico could be moved forward to noon local time on Sunday due to a risk of storms and flodding near Mexico City's Aztecaon stadium, local media reported.
The round of 16 game at the Estadio Azteca was scheduled to start at 6pm local time (1am BST) but that could now change because of a risk of thunderstorms.
