The 37-year-old had been facing trial later this year over an allegation he attacked a former friend with a bottle on the dancefloor at the Tape private members’ club in Mayfair in 2023.

Brown, 37, entered his plea at Southwark Crown Court in a hearing that lasted less than five minutes, according to the BBC.

He also denied having an offensive weapon – a bottle – in a public place, as well as a charge of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm.
