Australian Man Charged With Murder After Thai Teen’s Body Found in Suitcase Near Pattaya Railway

The parents of a teen girl in Thailand who police allege was killed by Australian man Simon Peter Carman have spoken.

Carman was arrested at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi airport on Friday evening in connection with the disappearance of Tunchanok Donhomla, 17, in Pattaya on Thailand’s eastern Gulf coast.

The suspect, identified as Simon Peter Carman, faces charges of murder, concealment of a body, moving or destroying a body, and taking a minor for sexual purposes.

CCTV footage appears to show the pair entering a hotel together and Carman leaving hours later with only a suitcase.
