Australia thrash Bangladesh by innings and 51 runs in Mackay to tie series
After Australia took a 146-run lead, Bangladesh were bowled out straight after tea on Sunday for 95, with Nathan Lyon taking two wickets in three balls after the break to leave Mushfiqur Rahim (29 not out) stranded.
That milestone followed his nation’s first Test win on Australian soil in the first clash in Darwin.
But they were brought crashing back to earth by some scintillating fast bowling, led by man of the match Starc, who finished with 10-51 for the match to level the series.
The victory, which levelled the two-match series 1-1, was completed inside two days and lasted only 750 balls, making it Australia's shortest Test in almost a century.
