Air Canada plane crash: Staff allegedly punched out early
Two air traffic controllers allegedly left work early shortly before an Air Canada Express plane crashed at New York's LaGuardia Airport in March, killing both pilots.
The March collision left two pilots dead and at least six other people seriously injured
Surveillance footage from March 22 captured the moment the plane smashed into the rescue vehicle as it crossed its path, sending both hurtling down the runway.
That night, LaGuardia was handling more than twice the usual volume of traffic, the Journal reported.
