US continues talks with Ukraine on Patriot missile production

Russia launched 24 ballistic missiles in an overnight attack on Wednesday, killing at least 17 people.

Twenty-one people were killed and dozens more were injured.

Kyiv has run out of Patriot interceptors, but allies remain reluctant to supply more.

A North Korean missile unit has been sent to Russia, set to be equipped with 120 ballistic missiles and six launchers for strikes against Ukraine.
