GLSDB is considered an experimental weapon – it is still not in service even in the US army. Earlier, Politico magazine, citing sources, reported that these bombs have only recently been tested at test sites.
GLSDB is a GPS-guided projectile capable of overcoming electronic interference, to be used in all weather conditions. It will be used primarily against armored vehicles.
