“Ukraine is not now in a situation where it could completely oust Russia from its sovereign territory, at least not in the foreseeable future,” Pavel said, calling on democratic countries to help Kyiv so it can achieve the “best possible result” ahead of the talks.
He also urged to look at the war “realistically, not with rose-colored glasses, as has often happened so far.”
