Zelenskyy reported about this in the evening address.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that during a telephone conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden, agreements on the supply of long-range ATACMS missiles were concluded.

Commenting on the conversation, Zelenskyy mentioned the recent shelling of Kharkiv and emphasized the need to strengthen air defense systems and obtain long-range means of defeat.

“Four priorities are key – protection of the skies, modern artillery, long-range capability, and that the U.S. support packages arrive as soon as possible. And today’s result is that all the dots have been dotted in the ATACMS arrangements for Ukraine,” the Ukrainian president said.

It is not yet known what type of ATACMS missiles Ukraine may receive and when these deliveries may begin.

A new bill on additional funding for Ukraine approved by the US House of Representatives includes a requirement for the Biden administration to transfer long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine.

In October 2023, the United States transferred to Kyiv a small batch of ATACMS missiles with a range of 160 kilometers. Since then, there has been no information about the delivery of such weapons to Kyiv.
