Ukraine imposes sanctions on Russians linked to Masha and the Bear cartoon

Ukrainian officials accused “Masha and the Bear,” which has been translated into dozens of languages and is watched worldwide, of generating revenue for the Russian state and disseminating Kremlin propaganda.
