Russian media are publishing footage of people in Ukrainian military uniforms who call themselves “border guards of the fourth border post” and say that they are considered deserters by their commanders. They claim they were captured after being sent to positions that commanders described as free of the enemy. The Ukrainian side has not confirmed this information.
