The Russian military used artillery to attack a vehicle near Kherson, resulting in the death of an elderly person and causing injuries to a two-month-old baby and her mother.
The Russian military launched an attack on the road leading to a village in Kherson Oblast. The fragments of the shell targeted a car that contained a man, a woman, and a two-month-old baby.
Tragically, the 64-year-old driver sustained fatal injuries. The 36-year-old woman experienced a traumatic amputation of her legs, and medical professionals are currently working diligently to save her life. The two-month-old baby was also taken to the hospital due to blast injuries.
According to Prokudin, the family was returning from a medical examination when the Russians targeted the vehicle with artillery. It is disheartening to note that the 64-year-old grandfather of the child was the one who lost his life in this incident. The two-month-old girl sustained moderate injuries.
Ihor Klymenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, reported that the child had been taken to hospital by the policemen.
