Polish PM Tusk doesn't believe Poland was Russia's intended target
Poland scrambled fighter jets to secure its airspace after Russian airstrikes killed at least eight people in neighboring Ukraine in attacks that extended as far as the western city of Lviv.
The unidentified object caused a 10m-wide (33ft) crater a short distance from the village of Tarnawa Kolonia, about 100km (62 miles) from the border with Ukraine during a Russian attack on the city of Lviv.
Residents describe hearing what sounded like low-flying planes overhead before air raid sirens were triggered.
Mr. Tusk appeared to have incorrectly identified the missile as ballistic.
