Zelenskyy after briefing from negotiating team: Ukraine has submitted proposals to US side

The U.S. and NATO must act now to help their embattled ally defeat the invading Russians.

Zelenskyy’s announcement of fresh proposals for peace talks, largely stalled since the outbreak of the conflict with Iran, comes amid suggestions by both Russia and Ukraine that U.S. negotiators would soon pay a visit to their two countries.

The Ukrainian leader offered no details on the proposals.

Russia is putting pressure on Ukraine with ballistic missiles, but Kyiv is short of Patriot interceptors.
