Ukrainian forces hit 13 substations in Russian-occupied territories

Meanwhile, Russia claimed fresh gains in the Kharkiv region, announcing the capture of Volokhovskoye and reporting strikes on Ukrainian ports, logistics infrastructure and military positions using Geran drones, FAB guided bombs and long-range strategic bombers.
