The CEC said that Duntsova had violated the rules for creating a group of voters – the notary did not record the number of voters correctly, the meeting was not conducted according to the regulations, and the documents lacked copies of passports.
Duntsova said that the mistakes in the protocol were mainly of a technical nature and urged the court to treat the case without formalism.
The decision was made by judge Oleg Nefyodov. A month ago, he recognized the “LGBT movement” as extremist.
