This is stated in the message of the company. The top manager was 66 years old.
“According to the preliminary conclusion of doctors, death occurred as a result of acute heart failure”, – stated in the message.
The company added that Nekrasov worked in the oil and gas industry for almost 50 years, including heading Lukoil-Western Siberia and being Lukoil’s first vice president.
Lukoil is one of Russia’s largest oil companies, second in terms of oil production in Russia.
This is not the first death of the company’s top managers since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion. On August 1, 2022, Ravil Maganov, the previous head of the board of directors and vice president of Lukoil, fell out of a window of the Central Clinical Hospital in Moscow.
