Russian stadium says it won't host Kanye West gigs
Petersburg’s Gazprom Arena has denied plans to host two October concerts for the rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, triggering a public dispute with the event’s promoter.
The news came after countries including the UK, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, France and more blocked concerts by Ye owing to public safety concerns over his prior antisemitic outbursts and expressions of sympathy towards nazism.
