Russian judge Kirill Gevorgyan was not re-elected to the International Court of Justice

This is the first composition of the court in which, since its creation in 1946, there are no representatives of Russia.

The new judges of the International Court of Justice are Sarah Hull Cleveland from the United States, Juan Manuel Gomez Robledo Verduzco from Mexico, Dire Tladi from South Africa and the representative of Romania, Bogdan Aurescu.
