Russian cities have resumed enrollment in the private military company (PMC) “Wagner” as a new unit of Rosgvardia’s internal troops, the Ngs.ru media reports.

A representative of (PMC) “Wagner” in Perm announced that their group is now part of Rosgvardia and is managed by Pavel Prigozhin, the son of PMC founder Yevgeny Prigozhin, his only successor.

“We recruit those who already have combat experience, including those who have already been part of the PMC,” the source told 59.ru. According to his statement, payment for mercenaries will range from 80,000 to 240,000 rubles, depending on where they will serve. The term of the contract will be at least six months.

According to information received by Ngs.ru’s source at the Wagner Group office in Novosibirsk: recruitment of mercenaries has begun and has been going on for two or three days. According to him, no “cons” are being recruited for service at the moment.

The first reports about the resumption of recruitment in the (PMC) “Wagner” appeared on October 27 and 28 in telegram channels and chats associated with the military company. As reported in the materials of the publication “Важные истории”, the recruitment was open to individuals who had not previously participated in armed conflicts, as well as for those who had no experience of service in the army. It is important to note that the group does not consider candidates who came under the control of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation after the Prigozhin’s military riot.
