Serviceman Viktor Filonov’s family has adopted seven-year-old Oleg, who was taken from Donbas in 2022 after residing in an orphanage.
Notably, in Ukraine, Filonov is under suspicion for his alleged involvement in the murders of civilians in Bucha. The 32-year-old serves in the 234th Regiment, a part of the 76th Pskov Airborne Assault Division, stationed in Bucha during the specified time.
