The police did not initiate criminal proceedings.
In the Belgorod region of Russia, a convict Alexei Gonchar-Bysha, who returned from the war in Ukraine, beat a 15-year-old teenager with his feet, and then stuffed him into a trunk and raped the teenager in front of his peers.
The sick criminal did not stop there and afterwards started threatening the teenager and his father with a gun, “telling them what would happen to them” if they filed a police report.
In the end, according to the victimized family’s lawyer, not only was the convict recidivist not apprehended, but he was not even searched. The concussed criminal, who returned from the war, remains at large, and apparently no one is going to look for him.
Earlier Gonchar-Bysh served a total of 15 years in prison. In 2008 he was sent to prison for rape, in 2012 he was released, and a year later he went back to prison for murder. He brutally beat a man and left him for dead. After leaving the prison, the man went to war with Ukraine.
Having the opportunity to go to the SMO, people like him believe that they can avoid responsibility, the lawyer says.
Gonchar-Bysh, meanwhile, said he was going to go to war in Ukraine again with impunity.
