According to the investigation, the Belarusian woman, detained in late December 2023, for several months passed information about members of the Belarusian diaspora in Poland, as well as about Belarusian organizations in this country to the KGB in Minsk.
The court temporarily arrested the woman for three months. If the guilt of the detainee is proved, she may be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 10 years.
