Ukraine war briefing: North Korea sending 50,000 troops to Russia – Zelenskyy

South Korea has maintained a policy of providing Ukraine humanitarian assistance while withholding lethal weapons.

Neither Russia nor North Korea confirmed any such agreement, and it was not immediately clear how Ukraine had formulated its assessment.

Since 2024, Pyongyang has provided anywhere between 11,000 and 14,000 troops to assist Moscow.
