Russia asks North Korea to send 30,000 extra troops to aid in Ukraine war: Zelensky
Reuters reported that an estimated 14,000 North Korean personnel were deployed to Russia's Kursk region in 2024 to help repel a Ukrainian cross-border incursion.
The war in Ukraine has been ongoing for more than four years and now, the country is trying again to bring the Kremlin to negotiation.
This poses a threat to "everyone in Asia who is within range of North Korean missiles".
Early KN-23 missiles reportedly performed poorly in Ukraine, but subsequent modifications are believed to have significantly improved their accuracy.
