Russia bans nighttime vessel movement at Novorossiysk port, industry sources say
Al Jazeera’s Barnaby Lo reported from an anti-US protest taking place outside the ASEAN summit in the Philippines, which US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is attending.
Rubio, accompanied by US Ambassador to Manila Lee Lipton, paid Marcos a courtesy call in Malacanang.
After the meeting, Rubio described the recent clash between Beijing and Manila over the Second Thomas Shoal as very negative and benefiting no one.
Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, made the remarks when meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Manila, the Philippines.
