Three Pakistani Rangers killed in militant attack on Karachi headquarters
India on Sunday firmly rejected Pakistan's allegations linking it to the recent militant attack in Karachi, describing the claims as "baseless" and urging Islamabad to focus on dismantling terror infrastructure operating from its own soil instead of blaming others.
Responding to reports in Pakistani media that sought to blame India for the assault, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal categorically rejected the accusations.
Karachi has witnessed its deadliest terror assault in months after heavily armed militants stormed a Pakistan Rangers base, triggering a prolonged gun battle that left security personnel and attackers dead.
