UK officials expect Russia to retaliate for seizure of shadow fleet oil tanker

Ukraine's defence forces have struck the Fina A, a tanker which Russia was using to circumvent sanctions, in the Black Sea, and have also hit bridges, command posts and ground control stations used for drone operations.
