Danish PM Mette Frederiksen forms coalition after election stalemate
Mette Frederiksen is set to return as Danish prime minister by forming a center-left coalition government following drawn-out negotiations lasting more than two months.
The incoming cabinet will take power amid an immediate foreign policy crisis with the United States over the future of Greenland.
Ms. Frederiksen presented the news to King Frederik X, who was waiting for her on the deck of the royal yacht.
