Poison frontman Bret Michaels is latest artist to withdraw from Freedom 250 concerts
A major Freedom 250 celebration event mandated by one of President Donald Trump's executive orders has been hit by announcements from multiple performers that they are pulling out.
Multiple artists listed as entertainers for a massive bash slated for next month on the National Mall to celebrate America’s 250th birthday have pushed back on reports of their participation.
At least five of the nine featured musical acts set to play in a concert series organized by the Trump administration to mark the United States’ 250th anniversary have dropped out, just one day after the lineup was announced.
Two-thirds of the announced lineup for the Freedom 250 concert series have dropped out, with most artists citing concerns about being tied to an event billed as nonpartisan but described by critics as a MAGA celebration.
