German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius is convinced that Ukraine will be able to win the war.
When asked about the possibility of Ukraine winning the war, the minister answered in the affirmative.
“And we must do everything we can to achieve this,” the German defense minister stated.
Pistorius noted that it was the desire to help Ukraine win that led to “reaching a painful threshold” in the transfer of weapons from the Bundeswehr depots.
Earlier, the minister drew a parallel between the war in Ukraine and the annexation of Czechoslovakia by Hitler’s Germany in 1938. He said that Europe should be ready for a large-scale attack by Russia.
