The dictator claims that all those who shot and killed people have been found and detained, they were moving towards Ukraine, where the Ukrainian side had prepared a “window” for crossing the border
In the address, Putin expressed deep condolences to the families and declared nationwide mourning on March 24. He also announced that “anti-terrorist” and “anti-intrusion” security measures had been introduced in all regions of the country.
He claimed that 11 people suspected of committing a terrorist attack had been detained and that the Ukrainian side had allegedly prepared a “window” for them to cross the border. He stated that this was a carefully planned and prepared assassination.

He compared the attack to the “show executions” carried out by “the Nazis during World War II”. Putin also said, “Russia has always become even stronger during the most difficult trials, and so it will be now”.
