Military enlistment offices and recruitment centers on the territory of the Republic are working around the clock
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus reported about the allegedly unbelievable pace of recruitment of persons liable for military service during the inspection of the combat readiness of the Armed Forces. According to the ministry, more than 3,000 persons liable for military service have arrived at the reception centers for only six days since the beginning of the inspection.

“The supply of personnel is carried out promptly, in the shortest possible time,” reported Lukashenka’s agency.
On March 11, the Belarusian Defense Ministry said that the inspection of combat readiness was “comprehensive in nature,” and that a number of exercises and live-fire drills were expected.

The nuclear move is a political signal, say experts interviewed by Foreign Policy.
