President Tokayev drew attention to “reasonable arguments of professionals and concerned citizens, including young people, that the coat of arms of Kazakhstan is too difficult to perceive, as well as it contains eclecticism and signs of the Soviet era.”
According to the head of state, on the issue of changing the coat of arms will be held public discussions, and then will be announced an open competition for the best design.
