“We are forced to launch a fire attack on military positions that are stationed in the cities of Belgorod and Kursk. To avoid civilian casualties, we urge everyone to leave the cities immediately. Local authorities are urged to start evacuating from the cities,” the Russian Volunteer Corps, Freedom of Russia Legion and Siberian Battalion said in a joint statement.
