Ukraine’s GUR reports an attack on the crew commander of the Tu-95 strategic bomber, Major Oleg Stegachev.
He was involved in striking civilian targets in Ukraine and killing civilians. Stegachev suffered a gunshot wound, but it is not known whether he survived.
