A court in Kyiv has sentenced the former head of a prison in Donetsk where prisoners were tortured to 15 years in prison

The court found Denys Kulikovskyy (“Palych”) guilty of organizing torture and abuse of Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilians in occupied Donetsk.
